This service allows you to keep your passport the maximum possible time during the visa decision process.

The basic points of this service are:

1. You still need to bring your passport to your appointment, but it will be given back to you before you leave the Visa Application Centre.
2. Once the decision of your visa application has been made by the UK Visas and Immigration, you will be notified by email, and then you need to provide your passport to the Visa Application Centre (by post or in person). If you don’t provide your passport within the determined timeframe, your visa application will be refused.
3. Once received, we aim to complete the application and return your passport as soon as possible.

AVS_Express_Courier_Return

PRICE:

Courier delivery of a passport in Kiev and Kiev region costs 7 € (when paying online) or 250 UAH (when paying for services onsite)
Courier delivery of one passport to other regions of Ukraine costs 16 € (when paying online) or 550 UAH (when paying for services onsite)
Courier delivery of passports (up to 5 people) to other regions of Ukraine costs UAH 275 (payment is available only onsite)
Package 3 applies only to family members or groups who order delivery at same address.

Applicants can choose to have their passport returned to them by express courier at the end of the application process even outside of the country where they applied.

TLScontact will process the passport for delivery on the day we receive it back from the decision making centre. Applicants should expect to receive their passport in most cases within 1-3 business days depending on the area selected. Choosing this service allow you to not come back, avoid waste of time and unnecessary cost to come to Centre.

Use of the Express Courier Return service is dependent upon availability of courier delivery to the address provided by the applicant.

If you wish to use this service, and are eligible to do so, you should log into your personal account on the TLScontact Website and select the proper courier option (“Express Courier Return”). If you have not already registered, be sure to select this service once you have created your account. You can also ask our representatives at the Reception when you arrive at the Visa Application Centre.

How long does a Priority Visa application take?

UKVI aims to make a decision on your Priority Visa application, and contact you to let you know that your passport is ready to be collected within 5 working days from when you submit your biometric information. 

However, every application is unique, and if your application is not straightforward, it may not be possible to meet this timescale.  If this is the case, your application will still be put at the front of the queue at every stage of the decision-making process, and UKVI will aim to process your application within global customer service standards.  Your application may not be straightforward if you have:

  • been refused a visa for the UK, and/or;
  • been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
  • been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
  • overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
  • had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
  • been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
  • been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States of America, or the Schengen countries, and/or;
  • you have been interviewed, detained, or prosecuted by the police for any offence in the UK or elsewhere, and/or;
  • you have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or;
  • you have committed a criminal offence in any country.

If you fall into one of these categories, you may not want to use the Priority Visa service, as UKVI may be unable to process your application within the 5-day timescale.

The Visa Application Centre will arrange Group Appointment Bookings for organisations, tour operators and large families who want to apply at the same time at the Visa Application Centre but they have been unable to coordinate appointments online.
This service also includes preliminary bundling of passports, saving time to the group leader when picking up ready applications.

-Only people traveling together are considered a group.

Condition for getting a refund

If you made a mistake and would like to get a refund of Added Value Service payment, please read the following instructions:

  • Priority Visa Service / Priority Visa Service Settlement: To be eligible for a refund, the applicant must cancel the order prior to biometric enrollment;
  • Premium Lounge, Prime Time Appointment: To be eligible for a refund the applicant must cancel the order at least 5 days prior to the appointment date;
  • Express Courier Return: To be eligible for a refund the applicant must cancel the order prior to biometric enrollment;
  • Keep My Passport When Applying: To be eligible for a refund the applicant must cancel the order prior to biometric enrollment;
  • Duplicate-Payments at the same Visa Application Center: Applicants have 3 months and 7 days after their appointment day to notify Visa Application Centre of duplicate payments and be eligible for a refund. To be considered as a duplicate payment both transactions must be linked to the same GWF reference number and be for the same service.
