TLScontact is a commercial company that works with UK Visas & Immigration in order to provide services to people applying for visas for the United Kingdom. TLScontact staff are unable to provide immigration advice and do not have any influence on the decision making process.

This website provides you with a guide to whole How to apply process. It also gives you information about the Address of our visa application centres and all types of our optional Added Value Services that we provide for your convenience.

Before you submit your application at our Visa Application Centre, you need to visit GOV.UK to register, make your visa application, pay visa fee and book your appointment.


Please ensure that you register on the TLScontact website corresponding to the Visa Application Centre where you have booked your appointment on GOV.UK website.

Children under 5 years old are now required to attend the Visa Application Centre in order for them to have their photo taken at the centre. Please note that minors are not allowed to submit applications by themselves, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The user pay fee is mandatory and required to valid your appointment. Express Courier Return service is included in some locations, so if you would like to receive your document(s) to an address of your choice in the country where the application was submitted, please check if this Added Values Service is available in the Visa Application Centre you are applying from.


As part of the phased resumption of services by UK Visas & Immigration, our Visa Application Centre in Khartoum is now open for new visa applications.

You will be required to provide a body temperature reading, wear a mask and respect social distancing guidelines to enter our centre.

If you need to request a replacement for your 30-day visa to work, study or join family in the UK, you can either send an e-mail request to the Coronavirus Immigration Help Centre or you can return your passport to our centre. You will not need an appointment to do this, but please check our opening hours beforehand. For more information, please consult the gov.uk website.
