  • This service is optional and additional fee of 59 GBP per group (5 to 25 people, having appointments at Visa Centre on the same day) is charged for it

Priority Visa Service (non settlement)

You can pay for a Priority Visa service for your visit, work or study application (‘non settlement’). This will put your application at the front of the queue at every stage of the decision-making process. The cost of this service is in addition to your visa application fee and is non-refundable if the visa application is refused, or in exceptional cases, if it takes longer to process. Using the Priority Visa service does not guarantee that your application will be successful. All visa applicants must meet the requirements of the UK Immigration Rules.

How long does a Priority Visa application take?

UKVI aims to make a decision on your Priority Visa application, and contact you to let you know that your passport is ready to be collected within 5 working days from when you submit your biometric information. 

However, every application is unique, and if your application is not straightforward, it may not be possible to meet this timescale.  If this is the case, your application will still be put at the front of the queue at every stage of the decision-making process, and UKVI will aim to process your application within global customer service standards.  Your application may not be straightforward if you have:

  • been refused a visa for the UK, and/or;
  • been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
  • been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
  • overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
  • had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
  • been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
  • been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States of America, or the Schengen countries, and/or;
  • you have been interviewed, detained, or prosecuted by the police for any offence in the UK or elsewhere, and/or;
  • you have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or;
  • you have committed a criminal offence in any country.

If you fall into one of these categories, you may not want to use the Priority Visa service, as UKVI may be unable to process your application within the 5-day timescale.

Who can use this service?

Customers, applying for: • a visit visa with a validity of six months; • a transit visa; • Points Based System (PBS) Tier 4; • Points Based System (PBS) Tier 5 may use Priority Visa service.

Keep My Passport When Applying Service enables applicants to make a UK visa application while retaining possession of their passport until a decision has been made. You will need to bring your passport with you when making your visa application but will only need to submit your supporting documents, taking your passport back with you. Once a decision on your application has been made, you will be contacted to bring your passport back to the UK Visa Application Centre to complete the process.

A Prime Time Appointment allows customers to submit their UK visa application outside of normal working hours. The service costs an additional GBP 75.00 and is available to all customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centres in Moscow and St. Petersburg, excluding Tier 4 General customers, who have to book only Tier 4 General appointments. AVS_Express_Courier_Return

Return Courier Service

This service allows applicant to receive his/her passport returned by express courier at the end of the application process. Once you have chosen your passport to be returned to you by a courier, it can only be returned by DHL. There is no option available for collection at a center. Applicants should expect to receive their passport in most cases within 1-3 business days depending on the area selected.

Use of the Return Courier Service is dependent upon availability of courier delivery to the address provided by the applicant and will be determined at the centre at the time of application. Compulsory health insurance

Now all applicants can take out the travel insurance directly in the TLScontact office!

According to the Russian legislation, in particular Federal Law № 155-FZ, the insurance is obligatory for all abroad travelers (including Great Britain) with the minimum coverage in the amount of 2 million rubles.

Health insurance card grants you a financial protection equal to 30.000 euro and is valid throughout the territory of all Europe. For convenience’s sake it is possibly to take out the long-term travel insurance for one year.
