Welcome to TLScontact

We are a commercial company that works with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to provide services to people applying for visas for the United Kingdom.

You should visit GOV.UK to make your visa application, pay your fee and book your appointment for our visa application centre online.

You then need to register on this site after booking your appointment – otherwise you risk unnecessary delays.

This site provides you with a guide to applying for your visa. It also gives you information about our visa application centre and the type of added value services that we provide.

Important information

  • On 25 July 2016, TLScontact in partnership with UK Visas & Immigration launched On-Demand Mobile Visa Service in Ukraine. The service will allow customers across Ukraine to submit their visa application, including biometric enrolment, from the comfort of their home, office or any location of choice.

For further information please click here.

  • due to new requirements on mandatory document to apply for a UK visa, visa applicants are no longer required to submit a passport photo with their application where biometrics are collected. For applicants who are biometric exempt, they will still need to supply a photograph.

  • courier services are temporarily unavailable in Crimea, the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

  • due to global changes in the way visa application are processed, children under 5 years old are required to attend the Visa Application Centre to complete the application process. It is now mandatory for them to have their photo taken at the VAC. These changes do not affect applications that have already been submitted.

  • if child travels under parent’s passport, picture of the child should be in the passport as well.

REMINDER: The user pay fee is mandatory and required to valid your appointment. It also includes direct courier return of your document(s) to an address of your choice in the country where the application was submitted.
